Q. Are these chairs made with genuine Canadian Western Red Cedar?

A. Yes. Bear Chairs are actually made in Ontario using genuine Canadian Red Cedar. Timberwolf Products make their Cedar chairs with timber imported direct from Canada, and source other items from a family business in Ontario.

Q. I've seen other Muskoka chairs for sale. Why are yours different?

A. First, there is only one Bear Chair brand. Famous throughout the world for comfort and beauty it has often been copied, but the Original Bear Chair is just that, original. We are the only UK agents for the Original Bear Chair. The chairs produced by Timberwolf Products have the same basic Muskoka style seen throughout Canada but have refined and improved areas in the chair construction. Timberwolf Products also make bespoke sizes in most types of chair. 

Q. How are the chairs and tables delivered?

A. We usually despatch all the chairs partially assembled except the Bear Chair Co. chaise longue which is flat packed for customer assembly. We wrap the parts in bubble wrap and pack them into strong double walled boxes for safety. UPS is usually the courier of choice although others are sometimes used. 

Q. Is assembly difficult?

A. Not at all! We unpack imported furniture and assemble the seat and back sections for you, leaving just the legs and arms to fit. Tables are delivered with the top built and just the legs to fit. All instructions and fittings are included in the box for an easy final assembly. You don't need to be a master carpenter, just handy with a screwdriver! 

Q. What's the deal with Sauna delivery and assembly?

A. Timberwolf Products undertake the delivery and assembly of all saunas. We arrange this for you. You will need to provide a firm flat base for the sauna as described in the sauna information pages. You will also need to arrange a local electrician to install a connection point and connect the assembled sauna. Don't worry - we work with you until your sauna is up and running!
